Sungrow E-Power and Farizon reach strategic partnership

On November 14th, Sungrow E-Power and Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group signed strategic cooperation agreement, marking a new milestone in our collaboration in the field of powertrain systems. The signing ceremony was attended by Farizon's Vice President Shangguan Yunfei, Supply Chain Director Zhang Qiang, and Deputy Director of the Research Institute Wang Yirong, as well as Sungrow CIO Zheng Guibiao, Sungrow E-Power President Yu Anbo, and Vice President Sheng Qingfu.

As the sole new energy commercial vehicle brand under Geely, Farizon adheres to the dual core technology routes of "methanol-hydrogen and pure electricity." It has established a comprehensive new energy product matrix, including heavy-duty trucks, light trucks, mini trucks, LCVs, and buses, covering all scenarios from last-mile to long-haul commercial vehicle operations. Serving over 300,000 users globally, Farizon continues to solidify its position as the industry's leading brand. Leveraging its extensive R&D expertise in electric drive control and on-board charging, Sungrow E-Power has collaborated with Farizon since 2018, consistently providing high-quality electric controller and OBC products for its micro vans, mini trucks, and light/heavy-duty trucks. This partnership has earned multiple supplier awards and high recognition from the customer.  

After seven years of collaboration, the partnership between Sungrow E-Power and Farizon is built on a solid foundation. This strategic agreement will further deepen their cooperation, with an expected collaboration scale exceeding RMB 1 billion over the next three years. Moving forward, both parties will actively advance joint innovation in key technologies for new energy commercial vehicle electric drive control systems, and on-board charger, as well as pre-research on platform products. We will also strengthen cooperation in talent development and global business expansion, aiming to deliver more competitive products and services that provide global users with green and efficient transportation solutions.
