Sungrow E-Power Boosts Low Carbon Transformation of Mining Production

Under the dual carbon target background, traditional mining enterprises are seeking new ways of green development, with a large number of mining trucks used for transportation operations. The extreme operating conditions of high-frequency round-trip, continuous pit climbing, and heavy load continuous operation in mining transportation have put forward strict requirements for the power system of mining trucks. Sungrow E-Power has developed inverter specifically for heavy-duty trucks and engineering vehicles, with advantages such as flexible power expansion, good reliability, and multi scenario applicability. This year, it has accompanied hundreds of XCMG new energy mining trucks to the western Gobi to assist in the construction of green mines. The series of inverter products are based on platform development and flexibly adapt to various driving methods. They can use dual module parallel drive high-power single motors, and can also achieve dual motor control for incremental or multi motor drives, providing specialized customized solutions for different operating scenarios; At the same time, it is compatible with dual 450A, 600A, and 900A modules, achieving expandable main drive power output and covering the power requirements of vehicles with different load tonnage. The product also supports IP68 level protection and 6g vibration resistance requirements, meeting the operational needs of vehicles in harsh environments and ensuring uninterrupted operation.
