Sungrow E-Power Attends CHINA-SAE CONGRESS & EXHIBITION

On October 25th, the 30th CHINA-SAE CONGRESS & EXHIBITION (SAECCE 2023) was grandly held in Beijing. The conference focused on the hot and difficult issues of industry development, with the theme of "technology leading high-quality development of the automotive industry". It gathered top experts and industry representatives from around the world to discuss industry development together. Sungrow E-Power was invited to attend the conference to share special topics on energy-saving and new energy vehicle powertrain and key component technologies.

Under the wave of electrification transformation in the automotive industry, the trend of high-voltage and integrated electric powertrain systems is evident. Vehicle and component companies are continuously innovating their technology to make NEV from "capable of driving" to "easy to drive". Yu Anbo, Vice President of Sungrow E-Power, introduced the key technologies of Sungrow's new generation electric drive inverter unit at the meeting. The new generation inverter unit adopts discrete device parallel modules based on direct water cooling technology and high integration design, greatly improving heat dissipation performance and power density, and can flexibly adapt to high-voltage motor and hybrid dual motor control system solutions. At the same time, the overall optimization design and comprehensive testing verification of the EMC performance, NVH performance, and control algorithm of the electric drive system are carried out to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the product.
