On March 3rd, Sungrow E-Power was invited to attend the 800V high-voltage charging and component technology innovation forum and the HVPF2023 show. Sungrow E-Power shared its recent research achievements and key technological innovations in automotive charger-converter with industry experts, scholars, as well as domestic and well-known foreign vehicle and component company personnel.

The conference focused on the upgrading of new energy vehicle high-voltage platform systems and the application of key components, bringing in new ideas and solutions for the industry. Sungrow E-Power mainly stressed its innovative research on the fine design of automotive charger-converter magnetic components. In response to product development requirements such as good electromagnetic compatibility and high-power density for vehicle operation, Sungrow E-Power innovatively developed a magnetic component design tool. It uses advanced simulation tools to evaluate magnetic component losses and optimize design through big data searching and intelligent selection, which greatly reduced the volume while improving the overall performance of the product, making its vehicle application more flexible and efficient.

High-power fast charging based on the high-voltage platform brings an upgraded EV charging experience but leads to higher design requirements for the charging system.
